NOT AFFILIATED!

great night!

ok, I had a gig tonight w/ the Not Affiliated Big Band, which is a semi pro jazz band, and we had gig tonight on main street unionville. I was told to be by Fred Varley by 6:30 *coughSCOTTcough*.... so i went to the fred varley art gallery... not knowing that there was a Fred Varley Drive, on which the "band shell" is located... by 6:45, we (oh.. forgot to mention, Mike Chlebowski came with, to listen to the amazingness that is the Not Affiliated Big Band) figured "this aint right". so we asked someone, and they told us that we were supposed to go to the band shell, which was AT THE OTHER END OF TOWN!.. so we walked ove, and got there just in time, to recieve applause for finally getting there :) I then proceeded to sight read all my music for the next 3 hours... about 50 charts. by the end of the night, i was alot better then at the beginning.
so after the gig, Mike and i walked around for a bit, then went to get some food at the Unionville Arms Pub and Grill, and our waitress was... well.. hot would ba an understatemnt.... and, all throughout the meal , ikept sugesting we ask her to join us (lol). and at the b4 we left, as mike was walking back to the table from using the phone, she started talking to him, apparently she likes jazz, and when she heard that i was there because i was pplaying, she just had to come talk to me... her name is Lucia, and whenever i'm in town i'm supposed to come and say hi, and get a drink... i'm going back tomorrow, lol..... she then walked us out of the bar. (note, to get a less biased version of the night's events, talk to mike)...
